Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please note that if one (or more) of the products you ordered were on pre-order, and your whole order contains stock that is readily available, we will ship everything together once the pre-order product(s) are ready. Please allow up to 10 business days for pre-order products to be ready to ship. If you wish to receive in-stock products before the pre-order products are ready, please place separate orders. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping method: NZ Post
Shipment cost: Urban Delivery $6.00 per order | Rural Delivery $12.50 per order | Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days (allow an extra 2 business days for rural delivery)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received your tracking information please check your junk mail.
