Return & Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund or exchange provided the item(s) are in their original packaging and unused (unless the item(s) are faulty or defective).
Please complete our Return/Exchange Form within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know of your intent to return your item(s). You have 30 days (from the day you received your order) in which to dispatch your item(s). We understand that there can be postage delays, so provided you have proof that your returned item(s) were sent within that 30 day period, we will honour your return should it arrive outside of that 30 day window.
Please complete our Return/Exchange Form and send back the item(s) you wish to return/exchange to the below address. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free return postage at this stage, however if your item is faulty and you are exchanging it, we will send the replacement free of charge.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned item(s). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We will not reimburse the postage costs associated with the initial order.

In the instance you have chosen to exchange an item(s) for something else, if there is a price difference we will either reimburse or charge you the difference, whichever is applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the item(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any item(s) that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. The return address can be found on the returns form received with your order.
We cannot be held responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
