What is your return policy?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer E-gift cards. Click here to check them out. 

What are the payment options?

We accept all the major debit and credit cards pictured below through a secure payment system.

What is the shipping cost?

Urban delivery is charged at $6, whilst rural delivery costs $12.50. We offer Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more. For more details on our shipping policy click here.

Can I change the address on my order?

If your order hasn't yet shipped, that's not a problem! Send us an email to admin@purelyfe.co.nz along with your order number and we can update that for you.

Can I add items to my order after I've paid?

You can't do this online, however if your original order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us at admin@purelyfe.co.nz and we will help you out.

Are all your skincare products natural?

Natural skincare is at the foundation of what we do. All our skincare products contain only ingredients that are naturally occurring, or are naturally derived.

Do you use preservatives?

All water-based natural skincare products need a preservative of some kind to prevent nasties growing and spoiling the product. Our Daily Face Moisturiser and Hydrating Body Lotion are no exception to this rule. At PureLyfe we use only preservatives accepted by ECOCERT as certified organic cosmetic ingredients.
